Hanel PT Joins Task Force IV in Submitting Proposals at the Review Meeting on the Implementation of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, Chaired by Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính

On the afternoon of December 20, 2025, at the Government Office, a representative of Hanel PT participated alongside Task Force IV in a meeting to report on the implementation results of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of the private economy. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính, Head of the National Steering Committee for the implementation of Resolution 68-NQ/TW, with the participation of Government leaders, ministries, central agencies, local authorities, and the private business community.

At the meeting, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính highly appreciated the implementation results after nearly eight months. He acknowledged clear improvements in the investment and business environment, the increasing confidence of the business community, and the growing role of the private sector in the national economy. The Prime Minister emphasized the need to continue improving the institutional framework, ensuring a fair, open, and transparent business environment, strengthening dialogue, and promptly addressing difficulties faced by enterprises—especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Within the framework of the meeting, the representative of Hanel PT contributed opinions and recommendations together with Task Force IV, business associations, and state management agencies. The proposals focused on key issues such as improving the investment and production environment; access to credit and interest rates; land-related matters; and completing policies to support private enterprises—particularly in industrial manufacturing and processing serving agriculture. These business inputs were acknowledged by the Government and were translated into directions and implementation tasks for the period ahead.

According to the Prime Minister’s instructions, ministries and agencies were required to focus on completing six key tasks from now until the end of 2025, including: finalizing the Decree on the SME Development Fund; building the National Land Database and issuing guidance on green projects and the circular economy; promulgating a 2% interest-rate support policy for green projects; implementing an inter-agency legal support program for SMEs; amending regulations on the development of industrial clusters; and continuing to review and improve the institutional framework to deliver substantive changes to the investment and business environment.
